Wonderfully M'de makes it a priority to only replace items if they are defective, damaged and if you were sent the incorrect items . You must notify Wonderfully M'de within 48 hours with a clear photo of the item(s) and the receipt if your item(s) are defective, damaged or incorrect. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
Wonderfully M'de will assess the issue and notify you on the resolution and send you the information on where to send the item(s).
Wonderfully M'de only provides credit.
